IMPORTANT NOTES about advanced registration for presenting authors
All the presenting authors including invited speakers (except plenary speakers) are required to complete their advance registrations with full payments by April 3, 2025, Japan Standard Time.
If the presenting authors of the contributed papers do not complete their registrations with full payments by the deadline, APRIL 3, JST., their papers will be removed from the final program. This policy is in place to reduce cancellations and no-shows. For the details about registration, please access the following website and read the Registration Application Procedures carefully.
