The deadline date is based on the arrival date of your application form and the confirmation of your payment of the registration fee to the Registration Office.

Students are required to submit the copy of their student ID or the student certificate letter from the supervisor by fax to +81-3-5657-0789 or by e-mail (in PDF format) to lpm-regjlps.gr.jp.
Please be advised that student rate will not be applied for adult students with full time job.

Registration Procedure
Please
complete your registration by logging-in to your 'My Page'.
If you have not yet registered your personal information, please first complete
the required items on the ID Application page in order to acquire your ID and
Password.
Payment Procedure
After you complete your registration, please click the "Full Payment" button displayed on the Payment Status page.
Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made by one of the following methods:
- Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB)
*Your credit card statement will show that the payment has been made to the name of JTB Communication Design, Inc., which is the agent handling registration.

* Any bank charges including the ones of paying banks or intermediary banks should be borne by the applicants.
* For international bank transfer, the transaction fees of banks in both the source and destination countries might be deducted from your payment. If the amount of received payment is less than that of registration fee, you will be asked to pay the balance on-site.
For your information, the following paying bank's charges are required in Japan:
Remittance charge (always required): approx. JPY 1,500
Lifting charge (depending on your bank): approx. JPY 2,500

* Receipt will be provided at the symposium site.
NOTIFICATION E-MAIL
Reply E-mail:
After you complete on-line registration, a reply e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address automatically. If no response has been made within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.
Confirmation:
Your registration will be completed upon receipt of your on-line registration information and payment.
A "Confirmation sheet" button will be displayed when you complete your registration.
Please print your confirmation slip by clicking the "Confirmation sheet" button and bring it with you to the registration desk at the congress site to receive the congress materials.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, please send a written notification to the Registration office by e-mail (lpm-regjlps.gr.jp). The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation.

* About the refund
-Via Credit card:
The refund will be made via the credit card which you have used at the registration.
-Via Bank transfer:
All refunds will be made after the symposium.
Bank charges (approx. JPY 4,000 - JPY9,500) will be deducted from the amount to be paid back.

VISA INFORMATION
Citizens of certain
countries are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. Please check the
website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA) to know if you need
to obtain a visa and the visa application procedures:

The organizer will prepare the documents that should be prepared by the
inviting person in Japan and send them to you.
Before you apply for assistance, you are required to take the following steps.
* The period of your stay must be scheduled for a maximum of 10 days (including the arrival & departure day in Japan).
