* All deadline dates are in Japan Standard Time (JST).
* The deadline date is based on the arrival date of your application form and the confirmation of your payment of the registration fee to the Registration Office.

It may take some time to complete the necessary administrative procedure. Please kindly acknowledge it in advance.
Priority Payment Method:
We accept the payment by credit card. However, if you prefer to pay by wire-transfer due to some reasons, please contact LPM2021 Registration Office (E-mail: lpm-reg@jlps.gr.jp) and urgently arrange your wire-transaction. Otherwise, it may cause the delay on your access to the virtual site.

*For non-resident of Japan: Sales tax VAT 10% is not included in the registration fee.

*1: Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status at the time of Symposium.
Students are required to submit a scanned image file (in either jpeg or pdf format) of their student ID via online registration form.
Please be advised that student rate will not be applied for adult students with full time job.
Registration fee includes;
1) Access to "Technical Digests and Symposium Program" (No hardcopies available)
2) Access to "Proceedings of LPM2021" (To be published online after the symposium)

Payment should be made in Japanese yen and can be made by one of the following methods:

* Any bank charges including the ones of paying banks or intermediary banks should be borne by the applicants.
If the applicants failed to include bank charges in their payments, the fee that failed to be collected properly will be charged afterwards.
* For international bank transfer, the transaction fees of banks in both the source and destination countries might be deducted from your payment.
Therefore, upon bank transfer, please make sure to bear bank handling charge in Japan (Max. JPY 4000) and handling fee in your local bank.
For your information, the following paying bank's charges are required in Japan:
Remittance charge (always required): approx. JPY 1,500
Lifting charge (depending on your bank): approx. JPY 2,500
* If the remittance covers more than one person, please inform us of the name of each participant
* If you require an invoice for the payment, you can download the PDF of invoice from your personal page after choosing the payment method as bank transfer.
- Receipt will be downloaded from your personal page.
CONFIRMATION
- If you have paid the registration fee by credit card, Payment Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
- If you pay the fee by bank transfer, a reply e-mail with bank information will be sent to the registered e-mail address. After confirming your payment, Payment Confirmation will be sent by the Registration Office.
- If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.
CHANGE OF REGISTRATION
Please revise your personal information by logging-in to your personal page.
If you would like to change your registration category, please contact the Registration Office.
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation, please send a written notification to the Registration office by e-mail (lpm-reg@jlps.gr.jp). The following cancellation fee will be applied, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. However, if you are the author of the papers listed on the symposium proceedings, your registration fee will not be refunded.

* About the refund
-Via Credit card:
The refund will be made via the credit card company which you have used at the registration.
-Via Bank transfer:
All refunds will be made after the symposium.
Bank charges (approx. JPY 4,000 - JPY9,500) will be deducted from the amount to be paid back.
