1．Advance submission of presentation materials
Due to the unpredictable context of COVID-19, all presenting authors are requested to upload their presentation materials (presentation video or e-poster) in advance.
For Video Presenters:
Upload your presentation materials at the following site by 11 April 2022.

2. How to present
2-1 Instructions for SLPC2022 Oral Presentation
1) Time Allocation for Presentation
The time allocated for each presentation is as follows:
Plenary Speaker: 40 minutes (35 minutes talk + 5 minutes Q &A)
Invited Speaker: 30 minutes (25 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A)
Contributor: 15 minutes (12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A)
2) Data Submission for On-site presentation
Oral presentations should be presented only by PC which is prepared by organizer at the venue. Presenters are requested to bring USB storage devices including the presentation data (PowerPoint).
Using the coffee break time prior to the start of your session, please check your USB in Room 416+417 where your presentation takes place, and appear at the Next Presenter's Seat at least 30minutes prior to your presentation.
3) Remote-Live Presentation (ZOOM)
Share your slides by ZOOM. Unmute and start your presentation.
Please note that the presentation slide screen is shared.
4) On-time Video Presentation
The video file uploaded in advance will be played and shared by the secretariat.
However, please note that the "Question & Answer" will be by live-remote method.
2-2 Instructions for SLPC2022 Poster Presentation (On-site presentation)
1) On-site poster presentation
Due to the unpredictable context of COVID-19, all presenting authors are requested to upload their presentation materials in advance.
For Poster Presenters:
Upload your presentation materials at the following site by 11 April 2022.

Replacement due date: April 11, 2022, JST
All the posters must be displayed at the numbered space in Poster Session area of "Exhibition Hall A" from 10:30 to 12:00, April 21.
Paper number are distinguished by the specified color of SLPC2022. Title, author's names and affiliations should be shown on the top of their posters.
Recommended usable area: A0 size; Width 841mm x Height 1189 mm
*Poster board size: W900 mm × H2500 mm
*Recommended font size in body texts is at least 20 points or larger.
On-site poster presenting authors should bring their posters by themselves.
OPIC/SLPC secretariat will NOT print out the poster in the venue.
During your presentation, please wear the blue ribbon tag which will be provided in the poster board. Please use pushpins available in the Poster Session Area to attach posters.
From12:15 after the poster session, please remove your presentation materials. The posters left behind will be disposed by the secretariat.
